    I contacted them and it was a computer error and they're refunding me. So it was a bit hasty starting a thread about it. sorry! false alarm

    Thanks for the update - there seem to be quite a few cases of incorrect interest\charges being applied at present, so be careful out there !

    You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

    In the past 3 days I have had to question my employer (about underpayment) and my bank (about invalid charges). In both cases I've been in the right and the outcome has been more money in my pocket.

    Moral of the story? Watch your own cash like a hawk and don't trust the companies who are supposedly looking after it
