Public Domain Profit Plan - scam?

Options
I've received an email offering a 'Public Domain Profit Plan' information package about how to make money out of public domain works (books, music etc.). They want £67 for the package, supposed 30-day money-back guarantee.
Sounds too good to be true, so probably is?
Does anyone have any experience of this sort of thing - copyright law seems rather confusing to me.

As Les Dennis used to say on Family Fortunes: "If it's up there I'll give you the money myself!" If you get your money back after 30 days I'll double it! :-) Assuming they don't just run off with your money, probably the scam is that they will tell you to find out-of-copyright books and music, copy them yourself and sell the copies on eBay. Nothing wrong with that and it's perfectly legal but you don't need to pay someone £67 for that information.
Eh?? I give up!! Towel is getting thrown in here! :D
