Icici password reset

Hi all,
I emailed Icicibank about a week ago, because I couldn't get into my account, tried what I thought was the correct password twice, then, so as I didn't lock the account, I emailed for a new password.
I have heard nada since.
Emailed again yesterday, nothing.
Anyone had that problem. I haven't tried to call them yet, because of time constraints, I will be doing that tonight, if I can ever get through. I believe it's a freefone number, which is brilliant obviously.
Thanks

Same problem here. Phoned them up and they walked me through the system but I was still locked out, they reset it but the password wouldn't work still.
ICICI sent me a new password and it worked first time. I suspect the problem may be in their supplied password having a punctuation mark as well as numbers and figures and this not working correctly for UK keyboards. My second supplied password had a "!" in it rather than a " ' " and worked fine - and you have to update as soon as you access the site.
My suggestion is phone them as the person I spoke to was very pleasant.0 -
Thanks, I'll call them tonight.
Just wish companies would respond to emails, even with something automated, better than nowt!0
