3 for fast test -> 1 for authorised -> 2 for traditional -> 1 for line test -> your area code and number followed by # -> 1 for correct -> 1 for direct line.
Make sure your router is disconnected when you call for the test otherwise you'll get a line busy error.

Tiscali screwed my connection up for almost six months after "upgrading me" like this. Theyre so useless it took them that long to find the problem after numerous BT engineers, password changes, filter changes, new modems etc etc. Im about to start ebaying all the replacement modems they sent me.....Speedtouch 330s go for more then a tenner!!!illegitimi non carborundum0
