Soundproofing.....need advice!

Hi there,
Have major problems with the noise coming from our neighbours. We can hear EVERYTHING! This morning I could even hear the bath water running and thought something needs to be done. They argue alot and it's really getting us down.
We have only just finished decorating the 2 rooms that we need to soundproof so we was considering injecting wall insulation and hoping that may help???? Will it?
Does anyone have any cheap and easy ideas to make things better for us?
Any advice would be really appreciated as it's causing some sleepless nights!
Thanks

You dont say if its next door, or its above or below (flat)
You can get sound proofing products below
http://www.soundreduction.co.uk/index.php (not sure on price)
Probably cheapest way is to use ear plugs if its causing problems at night when you want to sleep, I am a light sleeper so I sometimes use them0 -
Thanks for your response...They are our next door neighbours. We live in a 2 bedroom terraced house built around 1996.0
