LloydsTSB Keep Calling

I keep getting calls from LloydsTSB, around a year and a half ago i got onto payplan who told me to pay my CC what i could afford, so since i have been paying £20 per month.

Now i keep getting calls to pay more even though i cant afford it, so far i have not replied to their calls, but if they keep calling i'm going to tell them i'm going bankrupt then i wont pay it at all.

Rant over

Don’t give in to these people, if I were you just go bankrupt and bump the lot, either way your credit is going to damaged for six years. Give your self a break and clear the decks.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

Weren't sure where to post this, could a mod move it for me?

I will avoid bankruptcy if i can, but £20 a month is all i can afford so i'm going to have to tell them that.

    I owe £4300.

How many times/how often are they calling? It may be construed as harassment under the OFT rules: http://www.payplan.com/debt-library/bailiffs-harrassment.php
