Help with Neff built-in fan oven

Hi All
Wonder whether there's someone who can help? I've just moved into a new house and the cooker is baffling me.... It's a Neff built-in fan oven, which I guess is at least 15 years old and there's no instruction manual.
The problem I'm having is that I can't work out how to get the thing to the right temperature - there are two dials, one for the grill (which goes up to 250 deg C) and one for the oven, which seems to only go as hot as 200 deg C. ...
The Model No is: GB-1031.11 HCSG
I've tried the links which help you find a manual, but the oven is just too old.
If anyone can shed any light on what to do I'd be eternally grateful!!
Many thanks
D.

I used to have one of those - the 2 knobs are for the fan oven or the conventional (non-fan) oven. To use the fan oven just turn the knob to the required temperature. To use without fan turn the other knob (which also controls the grill) to whatever temperature. The knobs are linked together so you can only turn one at a time anyway.
To use the grill turn the knob for the normal (conventional) oven past the maximum temperature and then wind it back to high medium or low.
This is all from memory but should get you started. I've had NEFF ovens for tears and wouldn't use anything else.Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -
Thanks very much! Makes perfect sense - I couldn't see why the oven only went up to 200 degrees, but if it's the fan then that'll make all the difference.
Had a Neff a few years ago in a new build house and can only agree that they are very good, so was pleased that there was one left here.
Thanks again
