ON the 8th of December 2007 I ordered a Wii play from Studio 24. Three days later on the 11th of December I phoned and emailed them to cancel the order after I found out that the item was not in stock for fourteen days. In the middle of May (!!!!) the item arrived but as I was on holiday for two weeks and then in hospital I didn't pick it up until this Friday. I phoned them an they are going to collect the item in 2-7 days but as I'm not at home I will have to leave it out o the porch. I've now heard that even if things are sent back to them they don't always admit to receiving them or send you further letters with admin charges. I'M SOO ANNOYED! Does anyone have any dealings with them
