Hi all, need advice from "the boards". Some of you may know of my story but will not bore you with details. Got divorced, took property and mortgage on myself. Have almost 18 year old daughter but she is moving South to live near brother. Am keen to sell as soon as possible but not desperate if you get my drift. Want to go…

Thanks for the suggestion and boost gfplux. I was quite amazed by the figures myself!
Not expecting to sell in a couple of days and didn't think for one minute I would. Just trying to get the best price I can for my house without cutting my nose off to spite my face so to speak. I am sure that is what everyone else who is trying to sell is thinking too. I don't think any of us are foolhardy enough to think that prices will stabilize and rise again within the next 6 months.
I have taken on board all the comments and will be visiting my EA this week to discuss some of the matters raised on this board but also to reduce my house again.
