Advice, please - schools in Brentwood

Hi I'm having a hard time finding information on the net about good schools in my area or in Brentwood which is about 15 mins away from me by car. I'm particularly interested in word of mouth opinions and experiences of people whose kids or friends have attended schools in these areas. Im mainly interested in non-private…

Hi. Yes, the entry system into certainly catholic schools is based on an attendance basis primarily. Many children travelled from outside Brentwood to the school and this was the case for certain Secondary schools also. Are you catholic or Church of England as there are deifferent categories, depending? Other areas included all the villages of Brentwood (i.e. Doddinghurst, Pilgrims Hatch, Blackmore). Also areas like Warley, Hutton, Orsett, Billericay, Laindon Hills.
