EON tariff annual discounts?

I'm trying to calculate how much extra it will cost me to switch to a Capped tariff.

I'm currently on EON's Energyonline Extra Saver v3 and know my unit prices but I'm a bit confused as to what my annual discounts are.

The last letter I received (March 2007) shows:

Direct Debit Discount: 3%
Dual Fuel Discount: 3%
Dual Fuel Direct Debit Discount: 3%
Energyonline Extra Saver Discount: 10%

making a total 19% annual discount

but I've got a feeling that was on V2, so it might be less now. Does anyone know what the V3 discounts actually are. The EON website doesn't seem to indicate and in fact just shows my current product as "Energyonline Extra Saver" with no mention of any discounts whatsoever.
