    Good luck mate - you put up a damned good fight and it looked like you might actually pull through until they threw that last one at you. Hope it eases the pressure you've been under and that the family are okay.

    You've probably got this covered, as you seem to be have your eye on the ball with everything else you've been doing, but have you looked at any joint accounts/debts that you have with your wife? Just don't want the wolves to start chasing her if you do go bankrupt.

    I seriously doubt you could have done more to avoid this. You've been an inspiration me and may on the board.

    Wishing you all the best for a more stable financial future...it's not as if you didn't try to get yourself out of the hole and pay your way.

    Makes you wonder why you bother really doesn't it ?

    I truly hope you can now look forward to the future and put all this behind you and not have to worry about opening those brown envelopes, waking up every morning with palpitations, that's if you even slept at all and dreading every knock at the door incase it was the bailiffs.

    Please stay as you have been an inspiration to many here and we all know you tried really hard to sort things but HMRC usually call for bankruptcy as you say they may have done you a favour!!!..good luck on thursday and please post to let us know how you got on.
