HSBC reduced my interest rates...

Hi there i thought i should share this with you people.

my HSBC credit card interest rate went up in last year from 15.9% to 22.9%.
after that i was so !!!!ed off that i decided not to use it anymore because its not worth when you have options in hand.so i did a balance transfer from HSBC to barclays and left this card alone.about a month ago i realise that its not worth keeping a card while i am not using it.so i called HSBC and straightway told them i dont want it because i have other cards which offers me lower interest than yours.Guess what ,the lady offer me my old 15.9% rate if i dont cancel it.great... 1 call reduce my interest rate.Isn't that easy...
