Xbox 360 Accessories

Hi

My son is 9 in a couple of weeks and I was looking for ideas on what accessories are available for his xbox. He has the 360 elite and plays on line. His favourite game is Halo 3. Any ideas?

Thanks for reading

Phil

Maybe a good place to start is to see what's available:
    e.g. http://www.play.com/Games/Xbox360/6-/GenreBrowse.html?searchstring=Hardware

    (BTW, isn't Halo 3 rated 15? :))

The elite comes with a headset :)

Accessories wise there isn't really much available that's actually useful because you get everything you need in the box. Maybe an extra controller so he can have friends play co-op on Halo 3?

If you want, you could get the quick charge kit for the wireless pads. I held off because I can get 12 batteries for £1 in town and it would take two and a half years to start making savings, which by then I'd think the rechargable batteries would be duff.

But it doesn't come with a *wireless* headset, does it?

I'd recommend the wireless headset, the steering wheel is supposed to be brilliant if he has any driving games, the play+charge kit if he doesn't already have one, possibly a remote control if he uses it to watch movies or listen to music...
