I defaulted on my Barclaycard (£1,200) and had a CCJ registered against me in 09/05.
Since then I have bben informed that the debt has been sold on to a third party and thet are threatening increased charges of over £1000 including interest and applying for another CCJ to be made against me.
HAs anyne got any advise for me

Can't happen. They can add charges etc but only one party can apply for a CCJ.
Call their bluff and tell them to go for it!0
