Help- Can't transfer money out of Direct Saver

I have an Allience direct saver account,I have just logged in to transfer money out.I am finding it impossible as the transfer money box will not seem to work.

    Have you thought of asking them (Alliance & Leicester) why?

    Thanks for the phone number but that does not deal with the direct saver.
    The last time I transfered money was simple! today the transfer link is not working I am not a happy bunny.

    Option 2 for current accounts
    Option 2 for savings accounts
    Option 2 for Premier ISA, Direct ISA, Direct Saver

    Are you saying there's a problem on the last selection when connected?

    I know what you're trying to do...and I'm trying to help you do it.

    When you select option 2 for Direct Saver, enter your 12-digit number and 5 digit PIN, and then listen to the options, is there an option to make a transfer by automated telephone service to your linked account?

    If not, listen for the 'pass to an agent' option (I think it's 9...I don't have a Direct Saver but that's how it works with the Direct ISA 4 on the same menu) and wait for them to answer.

    I have given up,I have rung about three different phone numbers with no joy!
    I an going to go into the bank in the morning.
