i am about to email to cancel my tickets as we unfortunately cant go. i am glad to offer them to anyone but you need id to get in so i cant forward my tickets to anyone or can i? i have 6 so perhaps someone could email nickelodeon to ask if they have any spare tickets as mine will obviously be available. ive got 2 adults and 4 kids ones for the 26th morning event.

the barcode on my email is not showing too, I did try reply, forward email but no joy.
I'll have to call tomorrow see what they say......

I think this is a hotmail issue. A friend who is also going have Yahoo and she receiveed the following message:
"Your email client does not support images display, please go to this address and print your barcode to get to the event:".... with no link, I ask her to do reply and there it was, the complete e-ticket with barcode, to print out you have to select the mail and when print check "selection" on "page range" in the Print options.

Hope this help some of you. i'm still waiting to sort out my tickets. Anyone have any luck?

hmm. I have a google account and have the same thing but when I do a reply no barcode etc comes up. Anyone got any suggestions, please?

i have the same problem with my tickets, i have done the reply thing it still doesn't display it. Think they might be having alot of phone calls tom.

i couldnt believe my luck when i got these tickets and i managed to get some for my sisters too to take their nephews. now i cant get there. i suggested to my sis we hire a mini bus and all go together as weve quite a way to go and i dont drive and train fare is more than the cost of the van hire. she said yes then changed her mind, im hoping my other sis bf will be able to go and book it up intime as its only on sat, otherwise i cant go. dd is so looking forward to it i feel quite upset that we might have to let her down
