Don't worry if you have the email then you should be ok. I didn't get an email, but when I used the netmums code I did My little girl is already running around all giddy god help us in the day :rotfl:

Well I am really annoyed as I went through and put address in etc, no email, so I rang them and he said I did not have tickets!!!!

hello well i got an email but i ordered 2 adults 3 kids but when email came through it only said 3 kids so i rang them up and he said a load of people have had the same problem he will email me back later with whats going to happen with the adult tickets as obviously the kids cant go alone
so fingers crossed they will sort it out

Nice try, but the person who ordered the tickets would either have to have the same name as you or have the same face as you.
You need to take photo ID (passport or driving licence) for the lead person in the group, i.e. the one who has booked the tickets.

(I guess if they've ordered more than they need you could go in as part of their group)
