msn 7.5 upgrade not working

I have what says to be msn 7.0 (build 7.0.0816) I had a message saying upgrade to 7.5 which I did and it doesnt not work for some reason even from the site. I download it and it says repair or uninstal msn 7, I've even uninstalled to see what happens then but still same thing. The download I get is for version 7.0. Have no idea why this is happening. I know its not of that great importance I can live with the version I have now but I just wondered if anyone else was having a similar problem

Scroll down Choose download and install later, so download in to
a folder on yer PC then choose run

Yes I've tried that too and it doesnt work, still same thing. I'm actually win98 but this upgrade is supposed to be for all isnt it from windows 98 up. I've looked elsewhere on the net to download it from there but they all direct to this same link

If youve got win98 and not IE6 or latest Browser it wont work.

Yes I'm on IE 6 too so its weird
