As my thread title said;
How long does it take because I have not had an invoice for nearly two months now?

It sometimes takes several months. I haven't been able to determine any pattern to it. One month they may bother to invoice even though there were only around £2 of calls and I was invoiced the previous month, other times they may not invoice even if I have a balance of nearly £10 and haven't been invoiced for a few months.
Either there is no pattern, or they keep changing their criteria.0 -
18866 is possibly the same? With them my first months bill was debited from bank maybe just to make sure it worked with the registered debit card!
The second bill was not debited until three months later, only about £1.70 so it could depend on how much the invoice amount totals at the end of the month. However, that doesn't compute to santana's £10
My lastest invoice (£2 and a bit) was for a two months period also.0 -
The first bill is usually after a month .After that there is no set pattern .I friend got his second bill for £4.75 covering a period off 11 months in June ,then got his third bill in September .I just remembered ,he did email 1899 at one stage and asked for a bill ,they replied to say he hadnt used 1899 enought to get a bill .I think he owed about £2 at that stage .0

Your probably right they invoice straight away to check if the registered account is working and then invoice you afterwards after a set amount.0
