Walkers Brit Trips Pub Lunches

I've been collecting the brit trip points towards a sunday lunch out. I have carefully read the conditions regarding the pubs I have chosen and they say that the voucher will not be valid on a bank holiday weekend. Fair enough.

So imagine how annoyed I was when I printed off a 2 for 1 voucher to use this Sunday, rang the pub to book, and was told they don't accept them on a Sunday. I then rang other pubs in my area and was told exactly the same. I've now wasted one voucher and am concerned that lots of other people will be misled like me. Beware, they are not generally accepted on a Sunday!

If the ad calls it a "sunday lunch",i don't see how they could apply this exclusion.
If its just a roast,well pubs don't have any problem getting customers on a sunday,so I am not really surprised.ps i often cook a roast on a friday night.

I'd eat a roast dinner every day if I could. Well. I could, but I'd get sick of it.
