Stoozing spreadsheets?

Options
Attention all spreadsheet geeks! :o

Just wondering if any one has good stoozing spreadsheets and formulaes etc that they have developed?

I'm a bit of a spreadsheet geek myself and I'd like to start stoozing, but before I do this I need a good spreadsheet where I can log all information and see future projections etc.
If you have any good spreadsheets please share!

If you mean to forecast the profit from a stooze then your best bet would be the stoozing calculator on the stoozing site - http://www.stoozing.com/calc.htm

What I do find useful on my own personal finance spreadsheet is to show the interest earned on my savings accounts totalled together, and comparing the balance on my stoozed credit cards as a % of the total savings account balance and then applying that % to the total interest earned in the month to see how much of the interest is coming from stoozing activity.

The BT fees are straight forward enough to pick up, so you can pull these together quite quickly to see on a month by month basis what your net stooze profit is.

I also have a worksheet that looks at my monthly profit from stoozing, matched betting, cashback sites, reward sites so I can see how different activities pay off.

Had a look at the stoozing calc, think I will try and emulate it in excel so that i can keep track of things.

Your other worksheet sounds good man. I am just about to start stoozing and might try matched betting etc soon. So I would probably end up creating a similar sheet.

I'm suprised no one has posted up these kind of things as templates as people are probably spending time recreating similar things

Think everyone has a slightly different view of the "best way" to present the details, and for the spreadsheet geeks you've aimed your title at, half the fun would be in creating one themselves :)

Another thing I do find useful is to compare the % gain/loss on my stock & shares ISAs, pensions, endowments to see if they're performing about the same - that way when you realise £1000's has been wiped off your endowment value you can see if it's general market conditions or just that fund that's taking a hit.

But that wouldn't be of any interest to someone who doesn't have anything tied up in stocks and shares.

Yeah I see what your saying and woudl probably agree, sometimes if you are not the creator of a spreadsheet it can be hard to work things out when it all goes tits up.

What I like to do it get ideas from other peoples spreadsheets and then develop the sheet into what I like working with, it can be a case of not having to reinvent the wheel and at the same time customizing something to your own requirements.

Today I have been sitting calculating a spreadsheet to do with what my final salary pension scheme will come out at in later years, of course the projection is not accurate as one cannot tell how things will be in x years time, however it is fun to work it all out :)
