why would I be advised not to use PC world

just bought a PC there yesterday. Best price by a mile for what I got. £399 inc 17" TFT monitor .Its just a case of shopping around. Bought 2 entry level PCs off Dell a couple of months ago for £220 each. No one could get near that price either.
At the lower end both PC world and Dell are VERY competitive. Its at the top end with all the bits and bobs that they may not be quite so good0 -

I hope you never go into the building game.
Luckily, I should never have to build a wall (I'm a teacher) in my defense, it was my friends description not mine (they all look laptop shaped to me....)
