A few weeks back I got booted off ebay, a neg and a neutral was all that led to my demise as I recall.
Over the past week or so most of the people I considered competition have been nuked too....
If they (ebay) keep this up who's going to be left?

Well as Ive just posted on another thread.....there are plenty of Chinese sellers left standing who seem to have been untouched by these changes so far despite location fraud, selling fakes and fee evasion through high postage. Welcome to Chinabay.com0 -

Mr Brooker, the last time you posted about another of your suspension you were asked about your history of being suspended and admitted to trading often on a second account while suspended on the first.
I therefore think this thread proves why trading while suspended is a very bad idea and also rather supports ebay views that sellers need a firmer set of rules.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. When I was first suspended ebay gave no reason for it, and did not bother read or reply to my emails.
It became clear to me that their "rules" are unpublished and thus impossible to comply with, and indeed ignored by them.
Given that all my suspensions have been forever and for no specific reason there's no reason for me to care about their rules.
I've always got plenty of spare accounts to replace the one that gets nuked, but given the chaos caused by the new feedback changes I'm sitting it out for a while.
Can I ask why you think it is fair that an ebay seller with a good record can and should have their account barred forwever due to a couple of difficult customers?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

It would interesting if your `difficult` customers found their way onto MSE to give their version , because poor old daves so hard done by it would seem...0 -

From your own examples and own posts you have been banned on more accounts than I have ever held in total, I really don't think that equates with your suggestion that a 'good seller' can be barred for life due to a couple of difficult buyers.
I have my own couple of difficult buyers at the moment..I can't see anyway that these can actually damage me enough unfairly to get me a lifetime ban. I believe that they can damage me enough to push me down the visiibility temporari;y, but then we are back onto why ebay felt the need to bring in these new rules in the first place. Maybe if sellers hadn't flaunted rules all over the place they wouldn't have needed to police us in this way.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I had no idea that it was only me that got messed around by difficult buyers?
It's nice to hear that every other seller just has normal people bidding."Love you Dave Brooker! x"
