Very confusing, but if it was just once per day that would mean a total of only 30 entries over the whole month, whereas it says 'unlimited' entries so I guess it must mean unlimited per day...don't you think?

Difficult to know what to do for best.

I'm going to do entries throughout the day..
So it does not show as bulk

Yes, it is very confusing. I noticed when I just entered that it says:

Feeling lucky? Check back in tomorrow for another chance to win!

From that I would take it that it's once a day

Anyway, I copy their response, and I hope it is of any help:

Hello,

1. You are indeed allowed to enter as many times as you like everyday and obviously the more you enter the greater the chance you'll win!
2. The prize is a voucher to the value of the shoe featured, simply because we know that people would prefer to be able to try the shoe on.
3. And finally, the winners are usually notified within a couple of days if they have won on that day - so throughout the competition. There is a slight delay at the moment so no winners have yet been notified.
