I bought a Fridge from them online last Friday 16th Sept. they debited my CC right away told me I would get it in 3 days paid £9.99 del. I rang them twice yesterday[Thursday] and sent two emails as fridge still not here. They said by email and phone they have chased it up and I would get it today well it never came.Their office closes at 4pm..
On their website they say to check tracking of your order ring Citylink[0870 number]rang Citylink lo and behold it is NOT even in their Depot.
What can I do now,no fridge, broken promises, downright lies allegedly.

Don't know the answer to your problem, I'm afraid. But i have had dealing with the company myself, and they were great. We ordered a hob, which arrived within 48 hours, and it didn't fit. It was replaced 48 hours later with one which did fit, and they refunded us the difference. No extra courier charges or anything.0

Sarahg thanks still boiling mad,we threw the old fridge o/s when we were promised delivery Friday,now on powdered milk ughhh.

Rather than phoning City Link and finding out if it's at your local depot phone 24electrical, get your consignment number and have a look on the City Link website. If City Link have it then it'll track it's movements from being checked in at their local depot so you'll at least be able to see if they've sent it.0

I got an email from them on Wednesday 28th,after ringing them on the Monday,they admitted they had not sent the fridge after I had asked for the consignment number,they said that I would get a refund after 3 days,well its the 2 Oct. and still no refund.
They took the money on the day I ordered the fridge,they have had it since the 16th Sept.

I have had problems with this lot too, they take orders for products they dont have in stock, I went bannanas and to call them to complain guess what, an 0870 number grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrPawpurrs x
