    now they are using it to completely screw ebay customers.

    A little off topic, but when BT lost its monopoly, Ofsted ruled that it could not charge below a certain amount, to give all the new companies a chance to get started, think how easy it would have been for a huge company like BT to undercharge and take the fall until the competion was gone? This is why they remained more expensive ,, the period in which Ofsted had them in cluase for is now over and they are reflecting that in their prices.

    You probably mean Oftel (now Ofcom), not Ofsted, which is the educational regulator.
