Anyone bank with them. Would you recommend them or not.

The ICICI account? I've had no problems with it and I also hold a term deposit account with them. However, I recently moved anything that wasn't in the term deposit to Kaupthing Edge for a higher rate (except for a few quid).

Been with them some time now. No problems at all. Very speedy reply when you pm them. Does as it says on the box!:D

So far they have been slow with me, and failed to actually reply to e-mails properly (their password reset form appears to be broken for Firefox). However, I think most are quite happy with them, and it doesn't cost you much (in money or time) to try them.

How would you rate your experience with Kaupthing Edge? Are they under FSA regulations as well to protect our savings?

I will be interested to move from Hisave to Kaupthing if there are more positive points wtih Kaupthing Edge.

Kaupthing are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (No. 222968) for the conduct of UK business and your savings are covered by the FSCS.

With Kaupthing, I have experienced, without any doubt, the best service from any bank.
The phone is answered by a real person within 3 rings and the operators are always extremely helpful and resolve your queries efficiently.

Kaupthing have been great for me. Easy set up and great customer service.

Had a mess up this morning with my HiSave password. After three goes the account locked me out and I couldn't access it on the Internet.

After ringing the helpline, a very helpful young lady re-set things for me there and then.

So all is now OK. I can't say fairer than how brilliant that was of ICICI to be able to do that on the phone.

Had no problems with either ICICI or Kaupthing - In terms of setting up from scratch Kaupthing was much quicker to get the account up and running , but once running both websites are very easy to navigate through. Would reccomend both.
