Query about bricks in the conservatory

Hi There,
Just looking for a bit of advice please.
When we had our conservatory built we had one wall plastered but left the remaining walls plain brick - I thought it would look nicer!!!!!
It looks fine - but the bricks shed ALL the time and I seem to spend my life clearing brick dust and bits. This never seems to happen in other peoples conservatories (well not the people I know). I would never have had the bricks left unplastered if I had known how much of a pain the brick dust was going to be.
Should/Can we seal the bricks to stop them shedding -If so HOW???? What do you recommend?
Failing that do we just get them plastered over??
Look forward to any advice you may have.
Many thanks

You could do either really.Just use a proprietary brick sealer from a builders merchant.Have known people use varnish before but dont know if this would be advisable.0

You could just seal it with a mix of PVA (White glue) and water. Try a weak mix on a brick which is out of sight but i dont think this will cause any staining.:beer:0 -
Thank you for your replies.
We did try a mix of PVA and water, but it didn't work. Maybe it was too weak, but was reluctant to go stronger incase it dried shiny!!!!
Will try the idea for the brick sealant from the builders merchant.
Once again thank you.
