Hi guys
yesterday , i paid my partner £200 using Natwest internet banking , at the same time i paid £100 to my Natwest Credit Card
How come the payment to Barclays is there now , but the payment to my OWN banks CC isnt ??
Are Natwest trying to screw me for as much interest as they can or does ht enew fast paying system not work for credit cards ?
Cheers

I am not sure about Natwest CC since I do not have their card but I have a HSBC bank account and their CC and it still takes 3 working days for payment to be applied to HSBC CC.
Faster Payments to bank credit cards is due to start in November this year (at least for HSBC). This may well be the case for NatWest too.0 -

According to the sortcode checker Natwest credit card (62-19-70) does not yet accept Faster Payments.
If you also bank with Natwest, however, it is possible that payments to their own credit card go across the same day - this linking of accounts is not tied to Faster Payments, and several banks apply it to their own cards . But even 'same day' credit card payments take one day to appear.
In this case, it seems that Natwest banking is not tied directly to their credit card and (at present) the usual '3* working days' applies
* means 2 days after payment to arrive.............under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
