Yes weigh this up and also your happiness is priceless of course, taking a pay cut and being happy is a very small price to pay. If you feel happier you're likely to find it easier to get the motivation/willpower to stop spending and so will pay your debts off quicker despite a pay cut

Maybe you computer has a virus or something - do you have any friends who are good with computers that may be able to take a look at it?

State of mind is very much attached to your finances.

I hated the last job I did and then I read somewhere ' you will never get rich doing something you hate!' so i picked my handbag up and walked out.

Really did me the world of good, and no, the problems didn't end overnight, but I did seem to stop spending to fill the void in my life.

Cancel the laptop. In my experience your laptop sounds like it needs a good clean. Or if you do buy a new one, I will buy your old one off you:rotfl:

Are you able to get a free anti-virus program on your computer to check if its a virus. I think you should have a look at what other jobs are around, and what they pay, then try to work at what your new budget would be if you had to take a pay cut. Your happiness and state of mind is more important than paying off your debt
