Thanks.
Toner cartridges - I opted for 1off each cyan, magenta and yellow (as these are just going into printer now from ones we got free) plus 2off black; best price I could find for Xerox original parts was via Oyyy and that little lot was £196.26 but it was p&p free on 5day delivery

Any reason not to use compatables or refills?
I used this place for my Samsung bottled toner here are the Zerox options.

As the printer is only a few months old and under warranty at the moment I'll stick with the genuine parts, but I know there are compatibles at 50% of the price. I do need also to find what to do with the actual toner units - wasteful to bin them but is it easy to recycle at no cost to me to those who refill them?0 -

Turned on heating BUT only to check it is functioning as I told OH and DD! Don't want to get caught with system not working once we give in and turn it on for the winter.
I've been working today on the budgets for work for 2010 etc so no time to trawl through checks on switching gas & electricity. However I did look at the recent article on the predicted price rises to 2016 and in most scenarios gas is low now through 2011 so it may well be sensible to bite the bullet and change tariff with the penalty too.
Off to read more from Money Observer 30th anniversary edition; fascinating looking back over the past 30yrs and how things are so different now, plus the ideas for the future including ensuring inclusion of China etc in your investment portfolio and comments on the limit on UK % you should have too.0 -

Lol... My heating's still off and my jerseys' are on!
My fixed BG tariff expires this November/December, so I'll be interested to see who you eventually sign up with.

Heating was only on to check zone valves were all working and to pump round for an hour or so; don't want to call a plumber when we NEED it on. It's off again now, hopefully until November. We too are dressing for the season but it is so difficult when work is at 22-24°C....0 -
