Well no, its not, i've paid it already. However, its the principle of the issue its not acceptable to charge people £10 for something they don't owe!

Send 1&1 an Invoice for the same amount, work something out and detail it on the invoice, for example cost of phone calls, cost of letters, other administration charges, payment terms are to be paid 21 days from date of invoice.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
