Paypal

I only ever hear negative things about Paypal, however i have reason to praise them so i will take the opportunity to do so.

Mid April i purchased a bulk lot of electrical items on ebay which i was planning on selling at boot sales.
However i soon realised the items were faulty or damaged and essentially useless.

I got no response from the seller , and assumed my £80 was down the drain.

However, i filed a paypal complain to which the seller did not respond. I escaled the claim and again she didnt respond.
The deadline for her to respond was the 29th May , when i woke up this morning i had the £70 credited back to my paypal account without any hassles whatsoever.

Well done Paypal
