BT online billing missing April 08 extra disc

Just got our online bill and BT have adjusted for the price increase from 1/4/08 (paid on the last bill) however they have ommitted to correct for the extra online billing discount due which also took effect 1/4/08. I know this is only approx 70p per customer however for all the online billing customers this is a lot to them. Just called the customer services and got the extra credited.

I have been e-mailing customer services about this. They insist that my bill is correct but after 3 e-mails they are willing to waive 75p and credit it to my next bill but will not admit that I have been incorrectly billed.
