Firefox the free alternative web browser to internet explorer - built by the people for the people - are having a download day for their latest version Firefox 3.
They are asking people to pledge to download, spread the word and be part of an attempt to set the world record for the most downloads of a piece of software in 24 hours.
They currently have 250,000 pledges. The US is leading the way with 50,000 compared to a measly 7000 from the UK
Anyway have a check of this to find out more
