Sorry, shameless plug-it is my DS 3rd birthday today. *sigh* It goes by waaaaay too fast doesn't it?
This times 3 years ago I was driving to Shrewsbury hospital to be induced-my sister was thinking she was going to stay with me in the delivery room but once I started moo-ing she left, sharpish, lol
Nice day so far in Salop-long may it continue-I have to work tomorrow but then I am off Sunday and the next 3 weekends as well! Woohoo-I start my CAD training and have to drive back and forth to Stevenage (£80 profit in each trip! Woohoo!)
What's everyone else's plans for today?

Happy Birthday Joe!!
No plans for today, thankfully it's friday and nearly the weekend!! Roll on 4.30!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Morning
Am meeting Wayne in town and doing a bit of fruit/veg shopping in the market (last week spend £12 on fruit /veg that would have cost £25 in the supermarkets)! So even taking into account the petrol used (10 miles) and car parking (£1.50) i've still saved loads of money on the grocery bill!
Am doing a shopping list and menu plan as this past week has been really hit and miss with the dinners BUT I'm celebrating the three weeks of success rather than the final week!
Bunny - I hope Joe has a wonderful 3rd birthday.
Lucy - the weekend rolls ever closer but fingers crossed it'll be a good one.
Hope everyone has a good day.

Happy birthday to the baby bunny, Joe.I loved it when mine were that age, gulp. They are just so pleased with everything.
A quick nosy question, what is the training for? Or rather what does CAD stand for?Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
I have been up since 5.30 doing a mock exam - I failed!!!
DH comes home tonight after almost 14 weeks working away with only a few weekends home. Although I miss him, I am not looking forward to the mess he makes.
Its been a busy morning for me. I have plucked up the courage to look at online banking and its not as bad as I thought. I have given myself a talking to and listed all incomings and outgoings for the next three weeks - till pay day and i am going to attempt to stick to a budget. Not something I have been good at lately.
I am going to the pictures at 11am with a friend. I have a bit of work to do from home and then I have to tidy up the office before OH comes home. Then its back to the revising. I have decided to study all out for taxation on Monday and stuff the law......I will just retake in Dec if I fail...

Morning everyone.
Happy Birthday to Joe too. Wouldn't it be fab to be 3 again with no need to worry about anything other than your next meal and choosing which toy to play with... :rotfl:
Had another good night last night. Made final decisions on bikes and got them ordered. Hopefully they'll arrive in time for next weekend and the weather will cooperate so we can go out on them.
Got lunch with a colleague as its her last day today but other than that not much planned today. Hoping to go to Taste Festival in Edinburgh on Sunday. I'm a bit of a foodie so I'm dead excited to be going this year.
Have a good one every-peeps

Happy birthday to Joe!!!!
I have tree surgeons here that woke me up at 8.15 on the ONLY FLIPPIN DAY THAT I COULD HAVE HAD A LIE IN!!!!!!!
They are taking a whole tree down from my garden that's been leaning dangerously (It's huge!)
Although, they've been sat in the van for the last 30 minutes drinking tea!

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0
