Now I have to say I have no problems with amazon service. They are pretty reliable and are good at replacing items lost in the post etc...
BUT!
the only way to contact them to complain / ask a question, is to email.
Or is it?
In actual fact amazon have a CS helpline - they just don't advertise it anywhere! How annoying is that? They obviously just don't want anyone to call! Anyway, for all you MSEs, here is the number which took me AGES to find:
