How to i convince my supplier to give me a better deal?

hi,

i am with Scottish power, and for many reasons i cannot change suppliers, but i also want them to be giving me a better deal...

can i call them up threatening to leave them, in the hope that they'll allow me to go onto their capped tarrif??

because the DD is still set up on my exes account...

he has agreed to pay the bill on this account as he owes me so much money...

(i realise that he could cancel this at any time, but until then i'm sticking with Scottish power...)

Have they refused you the fixed price 2001 by any chance?

i apparantly missed this deal by a few days...

although i did sign up for the online billing option, and i chose that deal online... i realise i might not get it, but i figured it was worth a go...

i won't find out my tarrif for a few days, and i've been told that i won't be able to log in for 4 days...

try loging in, sometimes you can 24 hours later!

i did apparently get the fixed price but only till 2009, not that that's an issue to be honest i am hoping to be buying my own place before than and i'll be allowed to change suppliers!!!! not sure why i'm so bothered as the ex is paying the bills still, and should screw him for everypenny as long as he'll still foot the bill!!!!
