'Subscription Free' dialup ISP list

I'm doing one web project and to test it I need to dial few times from different ISP using ordinary modem. Please help finding these 'Subscription Free' dialup ISPs (0845 numbers or whatever) as I could find only 'flat rate' ones (pay some £££ in month and get free number access)....

I dont want to pay £4 or £10 pounds for one test dial-up call :rolleyes:

but I really need quite a few ISPs to complete my test, as much as possible actually, so all suggestions would be really appreciated :beer:

lots of them do what they call PAYG - Pay as you go
In fact virtually every isp offers this if you look at their websites
Here are the first 6 I looked at - they all offer it
