i sent GE Money the 1st template letter and they have sent me my late payment fees listed down in a letter.Not the staements! They are saying i was only charged for two payments in 6 years which i find very hard to belive. my question is... is there any way of double checking that what they are saying is the truth or should i just except the reply?

They don't have to send statements, just list the charges.
If you don't have any records, unless you think you were charged in a certain month, you may have to accept the information they've given you.0
