Dolls House Emporium and Netmerchants.

Just wanted to praise these two companies. Dolls House Emporium went above and beyond for me and I was very pleased. I saw a doll house on their site with free basement. Free delivery (or collection) and a free period dressed postwoman for spending a certain amount.
Their shop is only 15 minutes away from me, so I rang and asked how big the box was for the kit as I wanted to collect it on a motorbike. She said she thought it might fit, so OH went down to have a look. It didn't, but he paid for it and they honoured the free delivery. He bought some other bits while he was there, wallpaper and so on, and she split it up into two transactions so he qualified for a "return in 60 days" free gift of a bone china tea set. This was yesterday. The kit turned up today and with a THIRD free gift of some notelet cards and envelopes! Excellent service.
And Netmerchants also impressed me today. I ordered a set of German tank model kit paints - within two minutes of receiving the confirmation email I received a second email saying they had been despatched and would be here tomorrow.
