Tesco-Old Mobiles=Clubcard Pts+£s>Age Concern

Ive sent loads of HP ink cartridges to Tesco but to date have not received any points. I have called, e-mailed, written but have had no joy at all. Anyone any ideas where to try next?

my points always take 3 or so months to appear. drives me mad. in blackpool store phone bags are opposite the cds for some odd reason as were printer cartridge bags last time i checked.
