Grass seed for shade and nice for kids!

Anyone know what Grass seed we would buy?

And can anyone tell me where we can get it cheap please :D

    I agree with above - Wilko is cheapest and good seed.
    Doing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
    My DD might make the odd post for me

    Well it will grow but you will need to water twice a day and be on bird watch!, September really is best.

    we planted a load of grass seed four weeks ago and it is fine. It has sprouted so quickly and is already nearing its first cut!! i think its all the rain/sun we have had.

    we got a massive bag from B&Q tough grass stuff as when it gets cycled on, and footballs hitting it, and kids scuffing it we didnt want it to go bald!!

    Hubby ordered it last night from a Lawn place - he ordered from a choice of stuff, sprogs and Dogs made me chuckle!

    But he bought Cricket Green stuff... !
