Streaming audio- how to save?

I would like to save song tracks in Mp3/WMA format from internet radio in my computer. I am familiar with Audacity software to transfer audio tape to Mp3/WMA format, but cannot find a way to do what I need to do now. Can anyone help, using Audacity or any other free software? Many thanks.

Give us a clue, which radio stations are you wanting to save to your computer?

Freecorder is all you need. It adds a toolbar to your web browser; you click the record button to start recording, the stop button to stop, and it saves an MP3 file (with the time of the recording as the filename). Can't get easier than that!

I don't think that musicindiaonline.com is a radio station.
Probably esuhl's suggestion above will be what you need.
