We were trading as a Ltd, up until October 2003.
In that time due to financial festrictions we incurred some very high charges, that at the time we had no alternative but to accept.
The company was sold in November 2003, and the new owner continued to trade, but for obvious reasons altered the company name slightly.
We have contacted the Bank in question, and they have replied along the following lines. ( The Bank understands that the company is now dissolved, and in these circumstances, the Bank is not in a position to offer a refund.)
Does anyone out there have any similar experiences, I just can not
believe that they are able to wriggle out in this fashion

 Bill.
