1. To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom.
2. The competition is not open to employees of the Simply Group of companies, and employees and agents of relevant film distributors.
3. All eligible responses must be received by midnight on Sunday, 29th June 2008.
4. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Monday, 30th June 2008 and will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw date. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. There are ten copies of Markus Zusak’s bestseller 'The Book Thief' to give away. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
6. In the unlikely event a winner cannot be contacted, after all reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to that winner without any liability to the promoter. The promoter will draw another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
8. The promoter is Simply Media TV Productions Ltd.
