Hi,
I am exchanging contracts early next week. I am a FTB and worried, but happy also. I negotiated a little off today. Who else is going to go through with the sale.
Thanks

Obligatory "Don't do it prices are dropping" post.
Incidently, anyone who bought a £200,000 house a month ago is now in £5000 negative equity. Congratulations if that's you, and welcome to FUBARLand.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -

Lol how do you work that out. Anyone who has a 100% mortgage maybe. Some people in the uk just want to buy a house, and not worry and rent for the next 2 3 4 years, people like you will never buy a house, because you will always think they will drop more.Debt free. March 20200
