    Next I've got to tackle the granary ! :D

    My instructions warn that adding grains can result in a loaf not rising so well because the sharp edges cut the gluten structure. (I guess fruit, having blunt edges, is okay.) So you might get a denser loaf without anything having gone wrong IYSWIM.
