I have hearing problems and I refuse to deal with any company that has its call centre in a country/area that does not use clear spoken operatives who actually know what they are talking about and are not just following a script regardless of what I am saying to them. Earlier message re QVC is true, they are the best - just wish they'd reduce their p&p charges which are getting dearer!

I too had problems with them I ordered a rebounder with DVD's. The first DVD for beginners didn't work so I phoned them. I had had it for a week but had been so busy I hadn't opened it. First of all they queried why I hadn't opened it before then told me to package it up and would be uplifted.
The packaging was in the bin and I was not happy as it would not have been easiest thing to wrap up again. They couldn't send another one out till they had that one back which was going to take a month. I told them had already had my money for weeks and that I was not happy that they could take the whole thing back and I would get a refund.
carriers meant to call with 5 days. That was in July I am still waiting. However I got the offending DVD elsewhere so just kept it. Emailing and telephoning a waste of time. Will not use them again ever.
I remember when they first started with my first order it was soo late they gave me a voucher to use as the stuff ordered for birthdays had taken too long.
